If renewal is not paid within 3 months from the due date, the
customer’s cloud services and software link will be permanently
terminated.
During these 3 months, the customer may download basic reports
(PDF/Excel) such as Outstanding Report, Stock Report, and
Financial Statements for their reference.
After final termination, all hosting, backups, APIs, and access will
stop immediately.
Data retrieval (if allowed) will be provided only after clearing all
outstanding dues, as per company policy
Gridsonlab may update the Policy as needed. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
