1. Refund Policy
A 30-Day 100% Refund is available ONLY on the first purchase of AccountGST ERP software. No refunds apply after 30 days.
2. Renewal Refunds
Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
3. Customization & Add-on Refunds
No refunds for:
- Add-ons
- Custom modules
- API integrations
- Special configurations
4. Cancellation of Subscription
Customers may stop using the software anytime, but no refund is applicable.
5. Data After Cancellation
Customers must download their data before cancellation. Gridsonlab is not responsible for deleted or expired data.
6. Modification of Refund Policy
Gridsonlab may modify the refund policy at its discretion. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
Gridsonlab may update the Policy as needed. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
